How would I unlock debug mode

First, start the game in No Save Mode. When the Sega jingle is heard and the Sega logo apears, tap letters S-E-G-A in that order. You should hear the chime of a ring in the game. When the title screen appears, tap the screen with two fingers. The level select and sound test should appear. Go to the Sound Test and play songs 1-9-9-2-1-1-2-4 in that order. You should again hear a ring sound. Then select a level and, when it starts, tap the upper left corner of the screen. Then Debug Mode should be activated. Tap the corner again to disable Debug Mode.
