Replace the XX with the hexadecimal value which corresponds to the level that you would like the Pokemon to be.

Here are some example hexadecimal values for some levels:

Level 1 - 01

Level 10 - 0A

Level 20 - 14

Level 50 - 32

Level 99 - 63

Level 100 - 64

A website such as: https://www.rapidtables.com/convert/number/decimal-to-hex.html - will give you a conversion for any exact number that you want.

Remember your hex value MUST BE TWO DIGITS.

You can use this cheat in conjunction with the Wild Pokemon Modifier Cheat to meet any Pokemon you want at any level you want.
