This is the Karabon on top of the large block with the tree next to it. To get this go into the sea and find your way to the whale. Let the whale eat you and you get blown through its blow hole and land on top of the block.
Your know when you want to play the arcade in adventure mode (play ballon pop) for 10 gbc (gold bobmer coins).
If you have both power-ups from the first base then you can play it, the game proply when playing go to either the left/right side then keep the bomb button pressed to get more ballons

Go to where the whale is. Let it swallow you. You get blown through its blow hole and onto the cliff where TwinDrag is. Set a bomb next to the tree to allow you to get off the cliff. |
