Crash Bandicoot 2: N-Tranced Cheats and Tips

Link Crash 2: N-Tranced to Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure to unlock secret levels and modes.

Rock The Casaba is probably the hardest box gem on the planet.

The bonus is impossible to do with the nitros. So follow these steps.

1. Finish the magic carpet bit and then fall in the hole. Get the checkpoint.

2. Finish the level down there (you might get a gem shard) and hit the nitro detonator.

3. Go back to Rock The Casaba and get all the boxes you missed. When there is two near one of those fire people, leave ONE! (extremely important)

4. Do the bonus without the nitros (still quite hard, but possible)

5. Go back to the end of the level. (NOTE: If you didn't leave the box in step three, you will not be able to finish the level. I got it the first time I wanted to play and I had to start all over again cause I couldn't reach the end of the level)

I Give only ONE Warning!

6. Enter the porthole, remembering to collect the gem.

And that's that.

Here is my status: 98% I only need to beat N. Tropy and I'm done.

Where to get all the shards:

Prints of Persia: When you fall down to that Scorpion thing turn left. Runaway Rug: Go onto a Rug and don't fall off it. You'll find it.

Pharaoh's Funhouse: Fall down a large hole and you will find it.

Tiki Torture: Fall down a hole that doesn't look so dangerous.

Hoppin' Coffins: Finish the level, stand on the nitro detonator and jump up. Magma Mania: Same as Tiki Torture. Now It's Istanbul: At the beggining jump down a hole with wumpa fruit going downwards. Mister Lava Lava: When the rocket takes you up, go left instead of right. Slip, n Sliding Sphinix: Fall down a non-hole.

Rock The Casaba: Right after the flying carpet, jump in the hole.

Eruption Disruption: At the beginning after the first bit where lava comes out, jump in the hole. King To Uncommon: I'm not quite sure but I think you have to do what you did in Sliup'n Sliding Sphinix.

This cheat is about some secret places on the levels

In rock the casa ba if you turn around at the begining and jump a little of the end then there is a box....

Also half way through the game there is a hole with wumpa fruit in, fall down and there is a hard bit with ropes and carpets and explosive in the middle of that bit.

There is a mask, collect it and don't waste it when you get through there is a gem shard at the end.

There is a gap that is filled with nitros and tnt, a bouncing metal box and some of them boxes with x's on blow up the tnt, then go up to the top and finsh the level.

Unlock Gem Levels:

Collect all 4 of the Gem Shards of each Colored Gem and you will be able to

open up the Gem Level of that colour.

Battle N. Tropy:

By linking up with the original Crash Bandicoot you can unlock extra

characters in the

multiplayer game.

Unlock the following - N. Gin / Dingodile / Tiny /

Megamix / Neo Cortex.

Secret Levels and Modes:

Unlock secret levels and modes by linkinging Crash Bandicoot 2 N-tranced to

Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure.

Bonus level:

Obtain 100% completion collecting all the relics, crystals, gems and gem

shards to unlock level 40 and another Boss. Complete the bonus level and

beat its Boss to get 101%.
