On a screen before the start screen in a list of trucks High Roller was mentioned but was never released on any version of the game. Also unlike the ps2 version there is no Blacksmith Goldberg Sting Survivor or Wild Thang.
To earn the Incredible Hulk you have to clear the game on the Elite Division.
To unlock the rest of the trucks which are maxed out on all the stats except for one you have to clear the game 3 more times and they are only available in Arcade mode.
