Unlock Tails
Tails becomes unlocked as a playable character when you have beaten the game once.
Unlock Level Select
This feature becomes available when you have beaten the Special Stage Time Trials in Under 5 minutes.
Super Spin Dash
Hold down on the D-pad and press the 'Jump' button so Sonic spins on the spot. When you release the D-pad Sonic will move forward in a speed determined by how long the D-pad was held and perform his Super Spin Attack which is handy when you need to gain a lot of momentum in a tight spot.
I'm Outta Here! Easter Egg
When you allow Sonic to remain idle for nearly 3 minutes he will say 'I'm outta here!' before jumping off the screen ending the game.
Good Future
To get the 'Good Future' you have to first travel to the past part of a level, destroy the generator, and then warp back to the future.
Unlock D. A. Garden and Visual Mode
These features become available when you have beaten the Level Time Trials in under 25 minutes.
Secret Routes
Look for routes off the beaten track as these can sometimes lead to secret passages, items and shortcuts. Although walls look solid it doesn't always mean you can't run through them.
Unlock Sound Test
This features becomes available when you have beaten the Special Stage Time Trials in under 4 minutes.
Unlock Bonuses
Enter the following codes to enable the corresponding effect. The video below will show you how to input them.

Creepy Anonymous Sonic Artwork
On Android/IOS,if you enter the codes 12(left) and 25 (right),a confirmation sound effect will be heard and show a disturbing image of sonic and the following text saying
"Fun is Infinite"
"SEGA Enterprises"
"Majin"(for devil) or 《madin》
Unlock everything in the "Extra's" menu
To unlock "D.A Garden" you will have to complete time attack within less than 30 mins or less than 25 mins.
To unlock"Sound Test" you will have to unlock the Special Stage section at time attack once you unlocked "B.A Garden" and complete it within (again) less than 3 mins.
To unlock "Stage Select" all you have to do is after unlocking the Sound Test you will get Level Select.
And lastly....To unlock "Visual Mode" you will have to complete Time Attack within less than 25 mins.
