To get the Red Orb, you need to save Ryu Kou and Hou Ju. To do this, you need to ring the gong (Using Slap Psyenergy) outside Lady Hinechou's room in Tonfon Palace. Go upstairs to the closet and get the Echo Gem. Follow the Echo Gem's signal until you find them and bring them back to Tonfon. The Emperor will talk to you and eventually give you the Red Orb. Then go to Yamata ruins by moving the stone behind Lady Uzume's grave. There you will get the Yellow Orb.
