On the PS3 I can not grab the torch to open the diligence crux and all 3 of the fire are already lit.... How do I open..

Ok this was tricky. I don't know how to do it on the PS3 but play with the controls until you figure out how to move objects across the screen. If you have ever moved a body to get to an object under it or did the mission to mess up the OCD slave owners home you know what I mean. Use this button to move the torch around and complete the ritual. When you add something to your inventory you gain ownership of it and that is why you can't pick up the torch by normal means.

It's been a while so I could be wrong but based on what you just said, during your rise through the ranks you chose to become the Duke/Duchess of Dementia. Only the Duke/Duchess of Mania can enter due to how the plot is laid out. If you choose Dementia, the Golden Saints go under attack and need your help. If you choose Mania, the Dark Seducers go under attack and need your help. Until they are under attack the guards of the other side refuse to follow your command or help you. Only by helping them during this attack can you enter their stronghold and gain their armor. Also all of the containers in each of the strongholds re-spawn objects and therefore if you leave something here, kiss it goodbye.

Question one: You can have 7 major skills that you level up to 100. For each ten levels you raise you go up 1 character level.so you can get to level 70.

Question two: Both light and heavy Armour can go to level 100. But if you mean Armour effectiveness then you still can. Effectiveness goes up depending on how skilled you are with the Armour that you are wearing. Question 2: the ghosts all have a skull hidden in the world of shivering isles. Find all 5 and you receive the spell risen flesh which reanimates dead bodies.
