How do you signal a fair catch in madden 2005 on playstation 2

In order to call a fair catch, you must turn to the kick returner and then click the Triangle Button.

Can I turn off the salary cap in franchise mode before a season? If so how?

When you go into you franchise (this is when you're first sitting it up) set it to no salery cap. Im not sure about this one but you may be able to do it like this to load up you're franchise and go to settings and then see if you can change it there.

Why isk it on madden that we have to press a whole lot of buttons to get to surtain stuff we want to do like time out ..

Cause if you just press A the will think your trying to pick a play.
