Give him the money for the auction

When you have beaten the Dark Element the 'Spheda Practice' option will appear in the Extras menu.

When you have beaten The Dark Element you will be able to select Monica's outfit whenever you start a new game.

When you have beaten the game the Zelmite Mines dungeon will be available to explore on that save file. The Zelmite Mine is the seventh and final dungeon and takes place during Chapter 8: The Forgotten Adventure.
