Is anything particularly special going to be about this Magmar? IN LeafGreen they can be found on the outside region of Mt. Ember.

Yes, its a level 100 with max stats --- Also it is holding a Mystery Ticket.

You mean the ticket to get to Naval Rock? I use the store item modifiers to get that and the Birth Island tickets.
