Went to the ER today. I was having some chest pains, so I went just to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with my heart. It ended up being just inflammation on my chest wall, thank God. It's causing my chest to hurt pretty bad, my shoulders too, but the high dose of aspirin helps.

Actually, the recommended dose for anyone on an aspirin regimen is one baby aspirin.
Don't worry too much Michael, the chances of chest pain being an actual heart attack are low. It's more often than not something like that. Just be more careful man, it would suck to lose you to something as dumb as a heart attack.
Have you tried hot/cold therapy? Just apply some sort of ice pack (wrapped in a towel preferably) or soaking in a hot bath and see if that helps at all. Epsom salts are also good for you, so try that as well.
Just take it easy and get better man.
Aside from almost being scared to death by an episode of an anime I watched, my day has been good. I have a few potato plants that I need to dig up in the next few days so that should be fun, but other than that not much is going on that I can think of.

Well... a pair of upholstery staples fell off of my mattress this morning, and I had the misfortune of stepping on them. But other than that, my day was fine.
