I was getting scared. Bottom of the 9th with two outs....with the bases loaded? I'd be worried too. A lot of pressure on the pitcher and hitter. Gotta love it though.

Lol! Speaking of Pitchers....anybody watch the Rays game with their starting lineup error? Two 3B men and they took Longoria out of the game and had to put the pitcher says the Umpires.

Looks like the Blue Jays will have a hard time contending on the AL East. On the verge of being swept by the Red Sox, and lost two out of three to the Yankees, so unless they can compete with the actual AL East competition, I don't see them making the playoffs. Too crucial of games.
Did anyone see the Marlins - Diamondbacks doubleheader where the pitcher deflected the ball away from him with his glove and it went to first base? Amazing play.

I know, but it's just weird because he's not much of a base stealer. But I guess he saw that Lidge was taking a longer windup with a man on base... or he stole a sign. So it wasn't like it was a bad thing. :P
