the white edges kill it i think. maybe lower down the opacity on the green lights. overall i like it, well done

If the lights are from C4Ds, don't weaken them. Low opacity would just look bad IMO. Won't comment on the border, it's just a personal choice. I really don't get what's the big deal about borders. They are optional, a single layer among many others, so meh.
It's a good tag, I like it. Just looks a tad too busy for me.

Hate that border with a passion. Too thick and contrasts against the dark sig so it distracts too much. I'd have no border with that. I like the idea you have behind this, but its too busy and there's really no sense of direction or flow with it. Try and have the c4'ds around the ipod as its the focal, and gradually less as it moves from the iPod. Having it all over the sig is a bit of a mess, and as the effects are quite bold, it distracts from the focal.
Good idea though =)

I was actually gona have a white BG with the iPhone and some C4Ds around it, but I made a mistake which is when I discovered the black BG I had, so I just went with it from there.
I might re-do it with the white BG
