well, i have a few cheats i like and use together
the recruit anyone,pedestrians have weapons,infinte health and ammo. I be doing some killer drive bys with my recruited pedestrians

The unlimited ammo is the most useful, with recruit anyone as a close second. I found out that for some reason, when I recruit black people, they have better accuracy then the white people.
Meh.

I feel so honored! It seriously happens. I recruited one of those black homeless guys and a white cop and the black guy killed everyone while the white guy missed. White cop was about 5 feet from someone and never hit them. You know the police force sucks when a homeless guy shoots better.

I'm not usually a cheater when it comes to GTA, or any game really but one time I got bored & decided to use the flying car cheat, all I could see was the pedestrians cars flying, it was pretty funny. I stole a car kidnapping a passanger next to the drivers seat, we flew into the air (Harry Potter style) & the dumbass passanger got out, we were still in the air. I couldn't stop bursting out laughing, I didn't get a chance to find their body though.

Well, there was a tank in San Andreas as well.
My favorite was deffinetly the no cops cheat, and the weapons cheat, followed again by the "Hitman rank" for all weapons.
