I know some of you have dumb people around you, and I wanted to know if you can come up with ways of telling them so.

It's a programming joke. My friends and I are learning Java at University, and in Java, every statement must have a semicolon at the end. If there's a semicolon missing, the program doesn't work. It's a significantly nerdier version of the standard "A few X short of Y" insult.
