Secret costume cheat?

I saw this cheat that gives you secret costumes like fox as vegeta i think its a wii power save cheat If anyone knows how to get it please reply or if its impossible.(0_0)

That is an illegal gamehack if you want it you have to get the wii-brew channel which is also illegal so if you couldn't care less then.

You need to download the Homebrew Channel to get the costumes.It creates hacks for other games aswell.
