I would choose super strength. I can do the following things with it.
- Effortlessly throw a tank
- Murder people with my bare fists
- Because of improved strength in my legs, I can run much faster
- I can also jump very high.

I would be satisfied with never forgetting anything I read or hear. It would be most practical for everyday life. I'm too lazy to be a super hero.

This is coincidentally also the power to charm any female seeing as he puts thoughts into people's heads.
As for me, teleportation has been said, so I'll go with another power I'm a fan of. Draining energy. Watching an opponent cry out as I drain their energy and make them worthless is always fun (or at least I have to assume it would be).

The ability to control light. Why? because its amazing how many things I could do with that. I could make myself invisible, create illusions, make myself looks like any person I want, get rid of the light in one area making it impossible to see, I could make my own flash bang, and I could make a high powered laser that could burn through anything, and more.
