Despite the fact that I hate anime, I like the way you colored this.
v2 is definitely the best, the red stands out too much in the first one.

I prefer the lighter version too. The darker one was the first one came up with.

You might want to add more details to his robes. It's just a blotch of black whereas it isn't in the original.

Added a wireframe or a low style color C4D. You can't do much with a picture where the focal takes up about 73% of the picture. Which what I didn't go for anyway.

Konoha is a watered red background and Tobi's mask color is getting out and invading the space.

Yea and it looks LQ because you colored it when the picture was minimized.
Should have colored the 800 x 1150 size, the original one, not the 359 x 498 size.
