There are too many songs to mention. Here's a few:
Every Nightwish song in existance, including Gethsemane, The Pharoah Sails to Orion, and Wanderlust.
Numerous Metallica songs.
The few HIM songs where the guitars are fun. Basically everything off Venus Doom, except Kiss of Dawn, which I didn't learn because it's a crap song. Linde's solos all sound the same, though.
A few Dream Theater songs. Haven't learned much, because I've gone off them recently and John Petrucci's playing style isn't one I'm a particularly keen on. I can play Endless Sacrifice and Stream of Consciousness all the way through, though.
Half-Truism and Trust In You by The Offspring.
Numerous Trivium songs. I have to alt. pick any of their sweep picking, though. Although I can easily alt. pick up and down an arpeggio really fast, I never bothered learning to sweep pick.
Those, amongst many other songs and bands. One band whose songs I've never learned on guitar is Korn, despite them being one of my favourite overall bands. There are two reasons: (a) They use seven string guitars (which I don't like using) and ridiculously low tunings (I'm not sure what, exactly), and (b) because their guitars are boring anyway.
I can also play a few songs on drums:
Nightwish - Know Why the Nightingale Sings
Nightwish - Planet Hell
Nightwish - Nemo
The Offspring - Living in Chaos
The Offspring - Vultures
The Offspring - Long Way Home
The Offspring - Change the World
The Offspring - Dirty Magic
The Offspring - Takes Me Nowhere
Green Day - Boulevard of Broken Dreams
Millencolin - Olympic
Millencolin - Done is Done
Millencolin - Farewell My Hell
Pendulum - Propane Nightmares (with added fillers)
I don't love Punk Rock or anything, but their drums are much more fun to play than most kinds of Rock music.
