Concerts!!!!

First I'm going to Metallica and Lamb Of God on November 3rd.

Then on November 13th I'm going to see Slayer, Megadeth, Suicide Silence, and Machine Head.

Soo stoked for these shows. Seeing slayer is gonna be epic.

Paying only $70 to see Metallica and LoG.

Tossing down $150 for Slayer and company. General admission though so gonna mosh it up.

Bragging over...discuss concerts :P

Metallica and Lamb Of God are in Ottawa, Ontario.

Slayer and Megadeth is in Toronto which is about a 6 hour drive, but they skipped over my hometown(Ottawa) so we gotta go on a little road trip.

Buying a ton of liqour before heading up to Toronto. :P

tbh, I really don't like any of the bands you listed.

I'm seeing them (Megadeth and Slayer) on they're Australian leg of the tour next month. I already got my ticket

Yeah this is their second North American Leg, same with the Metallica Tour.

Looking at the schedule though they didn't really plan it out to well.

Metallica is playing 2 hours away from me yesterday, then their going all the way down to Texas and making their way back up for November. Just didn't make any sense.

Pretty awesome.

Whenever such famous bands come here, they always go to Lisbon (3-4 hours drive). I'm too young to go alone, and my friends/family aren't into the same type of music I am. .

Can't wait to turn 18.

Me and my buddy were just gonna go and even though I'll be 18 when the concert comes to town, they made me get tickets for my cousin to because they don't trust my friends.

Bringing the cousin to Toronto was a must though since he has a car. :P

If the band is absolutely huge they usually don't skip over my town, but we don't have a ton of metal fans here. Most of us are dedicated enough to drive 6 hours to go to a show though so we help sell out the surrounding cities.

I'm seeing Blink-182 at the end of the month, All That remains for The THIRD time this year (With Lacuna Coil) in october, and hopefully seeing Gojira and goatwhore the day after.

Dunno what's coming around in november, though.

Yeah the general admission was sold out so I'm going through StubHub and the price is doubled so it kinda sucks, but I have to be on the floor for that show.

Tickets for the Metallica show are selling for $700 and above now, so I was lucky to get them for $70.

Sounds sick. But I couldn't go alone, I live too far away, and I don't have the extra money to spend on concerts. So I won't be going to either T_T

That sucks man. Both shows are part of world tours though, so something may be closer to you.

The Slayer tickets are a birthday present from my parents, and the Metallica tickets are pretty cheap so no problem there.

I don't have money for concerts right now. My parents are trying to sell our old house while paying rent for our new one, and I just have enough money for a game that's coming out in a few weeks and I'm not old enough to get a good job. I missed a Slipknot concert a few weeks ago that was only an hour away.

Oh, you'll love it. I've seen Metallica, Lamb of God, and Slayer, and they all put on amazing shows.

Can't vouch for the others, but they should be pretty excellent.

Oh I'll have reviews of both once I get back. Camera is definitely gonna be there since floor tickets became like 200 dollars so we're going to the stands. Gonna be amazing.
