Forum Bumping Rule Needs To Be Adressed

I believe the rule for Forum Bumping should be adressed. I have found people who are bumping almost five year old topics back onto the first page in order to gain a +1 to become a Mod. Since it is not an actual rule,I believe it should become a rule and be placed immediatly on the rules for Forums. If anyone disagrees with me, please tell me why. There already is a rule, it's just not in the official forum rules. If it's in the Video Game Forums, it's allowed to a certain extent. In the other forums, no, it gets closed.
