Forum Bumping Rule Needs To Be Adressed

I believe the rule for Forum Bumping should be adressed. I have found people who are bumping almost five year old topics back onto the first page in order to gain a +1 to become a Mod. Since it is not an actual rule,I believe it should become a rule and be placed immediatly on the rules for Forums. If anyone disagrees with me, please tell me why. There already is a rule, it's just not in the official forum rules. Moderator Guidelines Excerpt: Closure: the topic’s last reply has been made more than thirty (30) days after the previous post and less than five (5) days before moderation, and the board has more than five (5) pages of history;  DeathZone Boosting, for all your XBox360 modding needs. If it's in the Video Game Forums, it's allowed to a certain extent. In the other forums, no, it gets closed.

Ok then, I have a guy who keeps bumping really old topics to the front page that are like five years old. When I told him to stop, he said there was no rules against it so he didn't understand why he couldn't

General PS2 forum is dead, the topic bumping is fine. But please stop mini-modding. Just report the issue to one of us.
