This game is full to the teeth with glitches, that was evident of this game from the start.
A personal favorite is the one that makes Deathclaws randomly shoot up into the air when they're hit.
The most annoying glitch is either one that freezes the game or that makes the guy in Megaton who gives you money and xp for scrap metal disappear. I really liked that guy,

The mesmetron glitch. Mez a hostile, stick on a collar, then deactivate the collar.

Insta-friendly hostile.

I had a glitch where an enclave patrol including two officers and a deathclaw spawn inside of duklov's house. It was kind of funny.

Dude that happened to me and I was like WTF???

I happened to have jumped off the bridge where you go to Blood Ties, and I lived. It was kinda freaky. But I did it again, and I died. I still haven't figured it out to this day.

You voided the warrenty on your legs after the first jump, duh.

One time I lockpicked all the sealed rooms in vault 87 (One with a dead wastelander and two dead raiders, two or three with centaurs, and one with a crazed wastelander) for XP, obviously, and the crazy wastelander wasn't hostile for some reason. He wouldn't talk to me though other than shouting some gibberish.

Same thing happened when I jumped from the back door in GNR.

And every time I see a Yao Guai. The "rigid structure" glitch. Thirty feet into the air. It makes me feel like a beast.

The car in the air. How could I forget that?

I once had a protectrons body get stuck in the ground and move around the "underground" as if being move by the player. But it did it much more quickly, my bullets also didn't hit any people. I shoot at the person and it goes through them.
