It doesn't need to be loaded with splatters.
But it should be noticeable. Even if you used them just as clipping masks; that'd be enough.

lol, well I would have entered it on PXE because there aren't really any restrictions there. But I wanted Marie to win, so I just entered one of my older tags and am hoping that not many people vote for it.

I love how this one turned out. Although I probably could have put more effort into the moon, but, this sig already took 2 hours to make. So, I just decided not to work on the moon much.
