idk, I'm not getting anything:( everything I try looks like crap...... So I would prefer a theme change but thats just my vote so whatever.

Two things:
First item: When are we going to do the "Newbie Terms", or should I just create a pinned topic open to contributions from members to collaboratively make a big list.
Second item: What are we gonna do about the Graphics Awards right now?

Well, now it seems like all the active graphics members voted, I don't think we'll be seeing too many more votes. I'd give it a week and see what happens, if no one posted after Vasco then we can close it and make a new topic for the Results.
The newbie terms will be posted in the Rules, I think it seems like a suitable place for it.
Also, note for the new topic:

Yes I acknowledge that, I was just wondering how they would get there. As I have said before, I can create a pinned thread allowing member to contribute to the list, listing a term or phrase and it's relevant definition. Then, everyone could contribute.

Erm... Well if you think that's best, but I honestly don't trust many people on here to define graphic terms. This is a site that thinks flow is one of the more important elements in a tag when no one mentions compo, which is so much more important than flow.
@Craizen: I'll give it to you on PXE, it's the only way to maintain all the BBCode tags.
