Does anyone know the exact formula for getting the key to success accessory in ch. 5. I have heard that you must complete all moonflow missions perfectly and I have also heard that you only need to complete one perfectly to get it; I need the truth fast please!!

You need to finish one only. Also, you cannot have faced Garik, or else it will be no more. Also, getting the Key To Success will prevent you from completing Moonflow Episode completely. If you go here, it'll tell you how.
