What are the requirements to make legendaries reappear aggain. I killed moltres, mewtwo, and articuno.

I'm pretty sure only Suicune comes back.
I have heard you can obtain the birds again by beating the E4, but.

If you defeated them I don't think you can battle them again unless you use an Action Replay.
