you can get Lugia in both HeartGold and SoulSilver. You get Lugia at lv.45 in Silver and lv.70 in Gold. That means HeartGold version has it later in the game.

The three dogs can be obtained in both games. And yes, you can get Ho Ho in SoulSilver.

You would have to get it VIA trade, or if you have a Action Replay, I would use that. If you have Platinum, then trade the event arceus over to the Soulsilver or HeartGold versions.

use a action replay, it helps. Also if you need the code, you should ask in the forums, if you don't know that, that is

there is, it is just that the time passed. The pokemon are legit. I've tried the code. Haven't gotten the SoulSilver game yet, but i know it will be awesome.
