Is it possible if I took the WWE SmackDown! Vs. RAW 2007 Triple H Model and replaced that with the WWE SmackDown! Vs. RAW 2006 Triple H Model So I could play with the 2007 Model in the 2006 Game??

Nope. The only thing to get close what you are trying to. Is to make a Create-A-Superstar that looks like Triple H.
