Render/Stock ~ Who or what you want in the sig. If possible, provide an example but if this is not possible, we will do our best to find one.
Text ~ This is completely optional, text looks bad a majority of the time, if we think the tag will look bad with text, 2 versions will be posted, one with and one without text.
Style/Colors ~ Any specific colors you would like to include in the sig. It is preferred that they match the render/stock, try to avoid colors such as "Rainbow colors" because most sigs with too many colors look bad. Also, if you have seen a sig made by a worker that you like the style of, feel free to post that here and we will try our best to produce a similar style in your sig.
Size ~ What size you want your signature to be. The limit is 500 x 200, so there will be no exceeding that. This is completely optional if you don't care how big or small you want your signature, of course.
Other ~ Stick anything else that you want in here that doesn't fit into any of the above categories. Pen tooling, a certain kind of border, things like that.

If you need one already rendered, planet renders is good, but I don't have an account with them anymore, so if you have an account there and can find one similar to this picture that will work.

Size ~ Something long and thin, around 450 by 130 or so. Make it work for the sig

Simple really, just copy/paste the url into the address bar and it sent me to a google pic privew that you get whenever you click on a pic on http://www.google.com/imghp?hl=en&tab=wi
After that, you should've click "Full Size Image" and copy that url address.
