Favorite glitch character

Mine are Giga Bowser, Master hand, and Crazy Hand

Mine have to be Master, Giga, Crazy, Wario, Mandrag, Waluigi... Loads of 'em, really!

how's waluigi fight? good?

He's not bad. But then, he's not that good either. I like him because he jumps REALLY high, floats for AGES, and just looks daft.

cool how many glitch characters do you have? where do the appear in V.S. mode? can you use them in single player mode?

About 20, but most of them suck. In your names list. Nope.

Find a bug in the game and play about with it for a while. Like the bug that makes you eat Bob-ombs.

Just play like normal until something weird happens. If you see anything unusual, like Mewtwo eating Goombas to regain health, or purple Ho-ohs coming out ot Bob-ombs when you throw them (believe me, stranger things have happened), then you've founds a bug.

hmm eating bomb-ombs I am guessing Yoshi can do that....

Basically, you just get a Party Ball, and drop it near a normal item. If food comes out, rapidly tap A andf your character will start to eat everything in the area. This can include anything from Bob-ombs to Redeads (which looks really funny, trust me). This is one of the best bugs, especially when someone eats a Like Like and gets their percentage slowly raised for the remainder of the match. Eating an Octorok can sometimes make you shoot rocks when you press L.

lol I am going to have to give that a shot and see what happens.

... Okay... lol... I know how to make Samus extend her Grapple Beam (the beam she throws while grabbing) by 3 times while on the ground... lol it's REAL long... I wonder if it's a bug...


Still, what is supposed to happen if I play with the bug for a while? Does the game glitch? Do I get them when the battle ends? What is supposed to happen, and for how long and how many battles and how likely is it to happen and what items do I need to turn on and can it be in VS mode?

I was able to get my player to eat a bomb-omb but nothing special happened..... But now I am curious as to what other bugs and glitches there are. I'm going to have to start trying to find them.

The 'junk food' glitch only works a small percentage of the time. If you use enough bugs in the same match, the game should reboot and you will have a small amount of garbled text on the title screen. It changes depending on what has happened. Your memory card will not wipe out or anything like that, so don't worry.

And? C'mon, Cez! I need to know WHEN and HOW to get the these glitches and when the glitch characters appear!

I got my character to eat a Bob-omb, but only one...

The glitch characters randomly appear through standard bugging. If you use a Gamecube keyboard, you can alter the game code to an extent. It doesn't always work, though, and there is no guarantee that your game will remain functional. Even I don't know how to work it properly. If you can work this system, then you can get the glitch characters more easily. By the way, go to your names list to get the glitch characters. Here's sopmething you can try. If you can get a character to eat a random enemy, which appear from crates from time to time, then you might get some visible code on the title screen. The most common one starts with 1856, then has 4 random letters, then 6 random numbers, then a 0. Enter the letters in the name list, and you should get a new character, item or arena. I cannot guarantee anything, though.
