So, start banner comp since beginning of month?

So, add meh deviantart page cuz I said so?

I've actually got a little graphics competition in mind that would benefit the site, similar to that Pokemon Hub Banner competition, if anyone's interested. No details yet, need to email Rich and see if he's wanting a little help to spice things up in a few months. Probably going to be a long term competition, spanning a month or two, but people would get a chance to leave their mark on SC. ;)

Sounds exciting, I'm game so long as it's at least a month long. :P

Thread is up. Probably a month or two. Need to give Rich time to program in spots for the Club Awards.

Oh, and here's the emails for anyone who's curious. Shows that Rich wants us to all help with the site.

For each level they get they get a different rating or different color version of the same badge

Off the top of my head I can't think of anything else - but would be good to have some others. I'm all for the graphics community getting invloved and putting something together for the awards, just bear in mind they need to be only about 64x64 (certianly no bigger than that)

And yet when I tried having a graphics competition where the winners get a DA upgrade, and it fell to pieces. ):

My attempt at the teams awards, this one is for 1k members. The text will of course change according to the award, and the number of stars will be increased/decreased depending on the level of achievement.

I mightttt get something in tonight, but I'm not 100 percent sure. (I wonder if the signs work yet?)

Erm, should we close graphic award voting? Or see if we can convince one or two others to vote? That and hold off on SOTW due to so many other comps running?

You know, I'm amazed. I have a "skin" for the game called Minecraft on my DA page. It's called Zombie Pigmen and it's a VERY popular skin because it's my creation added to the games Alpha files. It's reaching 19,000+ views since I uploaded it, now. I'm in absolute shock it's getting hundreds of views per day. O_o

It's pretty cool lol

Still, it's almost 20,000 views that I didn't realize I would get for it. It's astonishing for me, really.

At least your getting views on DA. I hardly get any.

Yeah, 5k page views, but nearly 20k on my Zombie Pigmen skin.
