They were just stickers? That's what happens when I read the contents of a collector's edition several months ago while buying the regular edition.
I hope you didn't actually try putting them on before realising this...

The only game I think of I would get a tattoo of would be Okami. Though I doubt I'll ever even get a tattoo of any kind.
