Well, I'm pretty much nabbing an idea from DeviantART. Put up a part in the messages section of our bio where we can receive site wide announcements from one of the Root Admins. Say there was some major event such as a MVP or competition going on. Rich/Mark/Dennis could compose a message that would be sent to every account on the site.
My attempt at HTML on this one was pretty poor. I'm sure Mark could come up with something better. The Like | Dislike part would be only for feedback on the message, sorta like the thumbs up/down thing we have for subs. I guess it would be displayed like this:
Like (50) | Dislike (3)
I dunno. Would be a bit better than the links in the black bar up top. I guess it would get noticed more than that.

It is pretty good, in fact if i may branch off of that idea, if we do have that may we have our little notes on our submissions messaged to us instead of Email if we use this idea, i know i dont check my inbox everyday. Wonderful idea though, if we include Pollo, 5 in favor.

I think is a alright idea to be added, But i have a question why do you keep making topics about your new ideas for stuff. I don't want start a fight or want to p i s s you off Okay?.. For me its starting to annoy me with try to take over the site. But don't take it the wrong way okay?

Because a lot of Derels ideas are beneficial in some way to the site, and the experience we get by using the site.
Without Derel, or anyone else from the community offering up new ideas, the site would stagnant fairly quickly without it being continually improved upon.

Oh to extend on what Sphynxx said, you and anyone else can make whatever suggestion that you want as long as you think that it will improve the site.
To avoid unneccessary repeats of ideas, there is a topic for the frequent suggestions.
