HELP HELP HELP!!!! !!!! !!!!

im playing pokemon soul silver. i got all 8 badges, and i wanted to goto kanto and i went to new bark town to go across the water but a girl called lyra aasked me what i was doing, and that some kimono girl is waiting for me. but i dont know where this kimono girl is. i got told that she was waiting for me in the dance hall in ecruteak city and so i flew there but no one was in their, please help. i really want to goto kanto!

Did you talk to Professor Elm and pick up the Master Ball?

Did you save all five Kimono girls?

Violet City is a guaranteed run-in
Ilex Forest is a guaranteed run-in
Eckruteak Dance hall is also guaranteed run-in
Underground hallway in Goldenrod (after Rocket Hideout in Mahogany Town) is number four guaranteed run-in
Ice Path is the final one, guaranteed run-in

You should have saved all of them, first. Once done, beat Claire then obtain the badge in the Dragons Den from inside the shrine. Once you exit the den, Professor Elm should call you saying he has the Master Ball for you. Once you arrive and talk to him, he says some kimono girls showed up looking for you. Head to Eckruteak City's dance hall and challenge all five of them. Umbreon, Espeon, Vaporeon, Jolteon and Flareon are their pokemon. You'll run into your rival before entering. He says he lost and disappears. Beat the kimono girls and then you're told to head to the Whirl Islands. This is where you'll awaken Lugia. etc. etc. =P

Then that means the Kimono girls should be at the Ecruteak Dance hall. Unless you beat them already. If you did, go to the Whirl Islands. The island you want is the North Eastern island. The one to the Upper Right. That is the key island to getting down into the cavern with Lugia.

yep, i got lugia, ive been through all the kanto cities now, it wasnt the north east island for me, it was the south east

They both work, but the north east is actually easiest. I do exit from the south east occasionally, though. ;)
