It might be best if the topic creator showed us an example of said topic and created a character for us.

We can use already made Characters like Sonic,Knuckles,etc.
So here goes:
Tails
B up:Spins tails rapidly upward.
B down:Jumps up and Spins tails downward.
B left or right:Does a kind of punch like Mario's up B but forward.
A > or <:Uses tail to hit the opponent.
A ^:Does a forward or backflip kick depending on which way facing.
A \/:Uses hands to do a double down hit.

Ah,I made one for Sonic about 3 years ago...

Sonic
B up:Homing Attack-Directly attacks the closest person within range,or performs a higher jump.
B down:Sonic Wave-Sonic spins into Spindash mode,and generates a wave of energy.
B forward:Light Speed Dash-Sonic dashes forward,sorta like Fox illusion,and attacks whoever is in his path.
B normal:Sonic Flare-Using his acrobatic body,Sonic performs a downward break dance kick,hitting all in his foot range hard.

whatever, i was going to make a model for kamek but i wouldn't be happy with it unless i put all his moves and attributes with a good level of detail, something i'm too lazy to do :p gameplay-wise, he's something like 50% zelda, 20% fox, 20% falco and 10% marth

or something :p

All his A moves are Captain Falcon's A moves.

I think Crash Bandicoot should be put in the game... I can't think of any moves for him rihgt now though

i think that krauser from resident evil should be in the game
B=arrow(kind of like links, but with small mine to the tip of arrow)
B^=can't think of name now. LIke ganondorf's up b move, but slams the foe to the ground after grabbing.
B<= claw slam transforms his hand into a sowrd and sends the enemy flying the other direction.
B\/= head crucher. like ganondorf's and c. falcons,but more powerful and doesn't need charging.

stupid, i know, but i think sephiroth should be in the game.

character: sephiroth
moves: A: swing sword (one hit combo) 12%
B: spinning attack 19% front, 11% back
up and B: tiny meteors 23% each hit (summons 6 of them)
down and B: sin harvest takes 70% damage but needs to charge for 5 seconds.
> and b: triple slash 15% each hit. same for the left and b
up and a: upward slash 20% damage
down and A: jumps and attacks below 22% damage

B >:Kamehameha:Same as Goku but is weaker but faster to fully charge.

B^:Same as Goku's.
