Just because you're not overweight doesn't mean you're not unhealthy. Friend of mines uncle eat Fast Food all the time, but his natural high metabolism kept him from gaining heaps of weight, but the saturated fats still clogged his arteries and he had a heart attack..
I don't eat it much anymore though. Used to have it once a week. Now not exactly "fast food" but we do buy take-out. But it's more Turkish donna kebabs and such, all done healthily as opposed to grease-laden burgers :/

Considering I cook fast food at McDonald's all day for a living, I can safely say that I'll never eat fast food again. Fast Food shouldn't even be fed to dogs. The preparation process at anyplace is probably terrible. :/
Of course it is, seeing as aside from his Fast Food addiction, he was a healthy athelete. So, ya know, he kind of takes the doctors words as truth, seeing as there was no other reason for it.

Very rarely. I like it, but I know it's not good for you. Plus, I don't really go where there is much fast food anyway. Usually only when I go out somewhere will I eat it.

I don't really eat the typical fast foods (e.g McDonalds, KFC etc) but sometimes for lunch I might grab a chicken roll and chips from this charcoal chicken place near my work. Its quite good, get lunch there maybe 2-3 times a week.

If you eat a quarter pounder with cheese, large fries and *huurrr* a diet coke with a desert you will be eating more than one day of the advised daily saturated fat content in one meal.
So yeah, if you must eat fast food, over processed crap and microwave meals do so as a treat on occassions.
Quarterpounder with cheese 14gr sat fat Large fries 2gr flurry with crunch balls and chocolate syrup 12gr
Daily reccommended consumption of sat fat 20gr Large meal with desert *above* 28grms
so yeah
Although I was working yesterday and ate a salad with 1grms with balsamic vinagre 0gr. Orange juice 0gr and 9 chicken nuggets 3grs
So my meal eating in mcdonalds came to 4grs of saturated fat. So you can eat out if you think first about what you eat.
Thanx to Craizen for the sig, love ya babe, Hubby for the avi.
I try not to eat fastfood. Namely mcdonalds. They claim it's 100% real beef but there's just no way. I dropped a hamburger underneath my bed and found it 3 months later COMPLETLY unchanged. NO WAY IM GOING TO EAT FASTFOOD :(
