So, what do you think is the best sequel ever made?
Personally, I'd have to say it's a tie between The Empire Strikes Back & The Dark Knight (hopefully The Dark Knight Rises can top it.)

My thoughts are pretty much the same as this. In regards to Toy Story, each sequel seems to top the last, with Toy Story 2 being an improvement over Toy Story 1, then 3 over 2.

There was only one Rocky film I liked too, the one with Dolph Lungdren fighting against well, durr, Rocky.

I thought that The Empire Strikes Back was good, as was Revenge Of The Sith. All three of the Spider-Man movies, and (going old-school here), Superman II. I liked the way they tied in to that little part at the beginning of the first movie. I wasn't too crazy about most of the Superman movies after that, except I did like the one with Richard Pryor (number 3, I think it was).

I dont know what it is but I seem to find the 2nd installment in trilogies not so good.
Take the 2nd Star Wars film, the newer trilogy, I dont even remember what happened in that film!
