Well, to be perfectly honest, I'm not sure. EB stands for Electronics Boutique, I think, so I don't think it was owned by Gamestop. But Gamestop is almost the exact same thing EB Games used to be, except they carry more of the newer things. If you really want retro, there's a place called GameStor that has an abundance of the older items. I've even seen Atari 2600 games (and consoles too) at that place.
