The October competition was a closed fought affair but one guy ran away with it.
I thought it would be interesting to run the competition again and this time double the prize award for the person that came in first. So let's be clear, there will be one winner (wins a $200 Amazon.com gift voucher/card or your local equivalent) (and two runners-up - runners-up get $50 amazon.com voucher), the person that I deem to have contributed the overall 'most valuable' to SuperCheats.com in November 2011. We'll judge this by looking at submissions, cheats, answers etc... foruem thread starts and posts, team contributionsm, visits, comments, thumbs on submissions etc... Basically everything that you can do on SuperCheats. My advice is to look at popular games, answer questions (first if possible), contribute your own original hints and cheats (or even wlakthroughs), videos (with commentary are great), start some interesting threads or make a super popular team. Try commenting, thumbing up and down some submissions etc... This is the official thread for the Most Valuable Player for SuperCheats.com for October 2011. You can vote for one person (and change it at any time while the competition is running in your bio: http://www.supercheats.com/myaccount/bio Cheating the results Anyone found cheating the results or trying manipulate results for example registering multiple accounts to vote for yourself or ask and answer your own questions etc... will be banned from our website, we take cheating seriously and hope that all our members will be sporting and play fair. So, good luck to everyone that tries, it is just a bit of fun to help stir up some activity and motivation on the website and the bonus one lucky chappy or chapette will get a massive $200 to spend on Amazon. Two runners-up prizes (each of $50) will be awarded to the second and third placers. If you are not based in the US will will convert the currency to your local currency and find an alternative retailer (or your local amazon retail) that accepts email gift vouchers. Anyone under 16 must get their parent's permission before participating in this competition and if they win, before they receive the prize. yeah i think pollo is so gonna win and monkey will be a runnerup! i mean my team isnt that great... only 48 members... BUT IF POLLO WINS I WILL BE HAPPY!! AND IF MONKEY WINS I WILL BE HAPPY!!! CAUSE THEY ARE MY BUDDIES!

Oh and you don't have to only create topics in GC so you don't have to make vid game threads here just for the competition. Remember that this is general chat, anything that doesn't have it's own forum goes here.

$200 is very temping.
However, three 2500 word essays and a rather pointless group presentation that need plenty of working on this month means I probably won't be able to join in. Still, it's worth a shot. |
