Anyone ever let their anger get the best of them?
._. I got very mad the other day, and now I'm paying for it. Literally.
Every time I leave the house to go to work or just to the store, I end up getting locked out of the house. I have one key to the house, but it only works on the door inside of the garage. Now if the garage door is ever closed, there's only one way I can still get in - Use the back door that leads into the garage.
I went to take my Visual Basic finals at the college yesterday morning ((87.5 ^^)). When I came home, even that back door leading into the garage was locked. I got so mad that I drop kicked the door and busted it off its hinges, just so I wouldn't get locked out again. Now this is a solid steel door, so now I'm going to have to find some way of repairing it or buying a new one. In other words, I'm going to be out of a lot of money.
...I'm screwed.

Yesterday. Got absolutely soaked walking home from University (which involves a 20 minute train journey halfway...and trust me, it doesn't do your mood much good when you're sitting there for 20 minutes knowing that you'll have to get out and walk through more downpour) and when I got home, my clothes were so wet (except for my socks [thankfully due to waterproof shoes] which I was grateful for because socks are my least favourite items of clothing to get wet while I'm wearing them) that I could barely take them off. My shoelaces were soaked so after I'd taken one off I could be bothered with the other one and just yanked it off.
The shoe's fine.
But...that's probably the closest I've came to 'rage' in years. I don't mind commuting to University...just not when it's absolutely streaming down and I've forgotten waterproof clothing (the shoes don't count because they're walking shoes that I wear 90% of the time anyway).
Usually, I only get angry when I'm watching Arsenal on a bad day (most recently with that 2-1 loss against that team with cocks on their shirts, whose first goal came from a player who brilliantly controlled the ball with his arm before shooting). Thankfully, they've won/drawn all of their games since.
I'm sorry to tell you this, but the only solution is to become a prostitute.

Did you just knock the door off it's hinges or did you really break that door? If you just knocked it out then you can probably fix it.

This is probably the first time in...some time that anyone on this site has made me laugh out loud.
Well, I got soaked yesterday too, so I was mostly dry when I got home. Still change my clothes, though.
