Well..
Without saying much,
I'm with my Best friend and her parents now, because they understand the problem well, and my Dad and me have no connections whatsoever at the moment. Also, as for Windchaser, I'm really happy someone went through making an account and a long post just for me. I realized that through my whole life--well, a whole social life atleast-- I've never been good with the people I don't know. For example, I barely know my brother because I've hated him--yes, I said hate again--since I was old enough to really understand that much. And so for that case, he just became who he was towards me. As for anyone else, I'm kind of the shy type...so I can't really get around to saying anything. I usually just let the friends I know introduce me to the friends they know. Of course, nobody knows that...
I guess I'm really self-conscientious. =P
Anyways, I realize "hate " maybe isn't the correct word, probably dislike is the best, but I don't fully get the value of "hate ", I just say it even if I dislike it.

Okay, so you don't see your dad at the moment? You know, I'm not sure if it's the right solution, but if he doesn't change his attitude towards him you could just refuse to see him, plus you get to spend the weekend outside of your brother's company. Presumably you live with your mother most of the time? Tell her what's going on. Perhaps not wanting to see your dad, and not doing so, will give him the hint he needs. The downside is he could take it the wrong way. It all depends how you feel, but I recommend you take Windchaser's advice first.
