Scars

I'm sure we've all messed up at some point in time and received a scar. How many do you have? How bad are they? What happened? Got a pic?

I'll get a pic tomorrow. ;)

The only noticeable scars I've got are on my legs. 6 total, 3 on each leg. One near my groin on each side, where they lengthened the adducter. Obviously I can't get a pic of that. The next set is right above the back of my knees, where the hamstring was lengthened, and the last set somewhat lower on my leg where the heelcord was lengthened.

I first got them when I was five when I had the surgery to lengthen all of these muscles. Then they cut in the same exact places (except the heelcords, which they didn't do again) again when I was 13. Not too sure if I'll have to get the surgery again.

But yeah, they aren't too noticeable now, you can only see them if you really look since hair covers most of them now. But I do have a good story to tell whenever people ask how I got them.

i have a scar that bulges out of my skin and is squishy.

I have a lot on my right arm and chest. I prefer not talking about how I got them on my chest. The arm was due to picking blisters, getting shot by my friend's electric Thompson BB gun, and accidentally getting cut with the kitchen knife.

Several scars on my hands. Mostly getting cut by knives, got one from having a steel door slammed on my index and middle finger on my right hand. Popped the knuckles out of the joint & they was hanging backwards & pissn blood everywhere :D

Scar on my throat from a cist being removed, few on my arms from trying to commit suicide - same as the one on the inside of my thigh.

One on my shoulder from where I had surgery to fix the tendon - ie put it back on the bone xD

Same for my right ankle.

Damn man, you sound like something out of an anime.

As for myself? Not really anything major, or even minor, just a few small ones. One from falling off my bike and skidding a few feet. One on my wrist I've had since a kid?

My bro though, got his head cracked open when we were younger. So he's got what can be described as a flipped Y scar on the back of his head.

Eh, you'd think they'd look cool, but you can barely see them anymore ;_:

I have 4 on my abdomen from my surgery. I hate them, 1 under my belly button, 1 one each side and 1 in the middle just under my ribcage.

I have a one on my inner thigh from my cat and a few that you can still see on my legs from rugby.

I have one scar. It's across the left side of my left leg. I've had it for about ten years. It about two or three inches long and about half an inch wide. Was wearing shorts one day and got sliced by our car's license plate. It didn't hurt when it happened, but it wouldn't stop bleeding for quite a while. You can hardly notice it now, since over time it has turned my normal skin color.

One trailing lengthways up my right forearm from my wrist. I remember how I got it - I was kicking a football around my garden and it went into a hedge. I thrust my arm into the hedge to try and get it out and tore the skin open. I must have only been about seven because I've had it well over ten years, although it is far less noticeable these days.

One on my left hip. This is actually a pretty amusing story. In school when I was about...can't have been older then seven, I think it was about six...the class took classroom chairs outside to sit in the yard for reasons I forget. We were carrying them back in, and the teacher told us not to run with them. Of course, me being me I just ran anyway, and ended up falling over and gashing an area of my hip really badly. A girl I didn't like was nearby when I fell over, so in order to avoid trouble I told the teacher she pushed be and she got in big trouble because of it. The scar is still there, but I have difficulty locating it because it has blended in with the skin so much.

I third on my left forearm, just beneath and to the side of my elbow. Got it when I fell off a bike when I was 14. Word of advice - when riding down a rocky mountain path full of large loose stones, don't speed up, slow down. When I hit the rock that send my flying, I actually half-thought I was flying for a few seconds. Also had a scar just beneath my right shoulder on my upper arm from this accident, although a tattoo now covers it almost completely.

A fourth, very recent, on my left cheek. Got it when I had a cyst removed from there two weeks ago. It actually looks pretty cool.

I have four. One on the side of my head from hitting the side of a dresser when I was little. and three on my stomach from surgery I received back in June.

Only one, from a surgical cut when I had to have part of my bowel removed haha.

I don't have anything big but I do have some pencil lead in my leg still from where I was stabbed. I have more mental scar then anything.

Dang Derek I didn't know your back had scarred that bad. 0-0 If this was a contest you would of won.

Derek, like I said earlier in PMDS, you have scared the living being out of me. I praise you for that because nobody has ever scared me like that before. o.o

But anways, I'm actually kinda scarless. I have one little one on my left hand from a burn from an oven wire, but that's about it. Oh and on one of my pink's I think I got a cut somewhere because the print sorta looks like a z
