About a year ago, I came up with the staff colors.
- A nice black, dead color for banned.
- A nice cool blue color for members.
- A slightly vivid green color to make the Mods stand out.
- A a warmer yellow color to show someone halfway between Mod and Smod.
- A warmer orange color for the Super Mods.
- The hottest color I could think of for our leaders; red.
- A color halfway in between the leader color and the user color to signify someone working on both ends; purple tech.
But what about possible future staff ranks, or even a universal color for staff? Could the colors have been picked better? What about this fat man sounding Ombudsman rank?

Cyan for ombudsman sounds nice, otherwise I can really think of any other ranks as of right now.

I think members should have a different colour. I hate the blue :( Even if it was kept blue, but just made a bit nicer.
All the rest seem fine, red should definitely stay the admin colour.
I want the tech colour though, so pretty :(

I find it unfair Tech get purple. >_> But Green for Mod and Red for Admin should stay the same oh and Black for banned. The rest I would change around a little myself.

Something that Chris and I came up with over a year ago. We talked about it in Smod a bit - You all started yelling at me when I wanted to make Sr Mod a Mod that could edit posts in their forum.

Multiple times. Rich said he would add the Sr Mod rank, and give the edit post ability to all staff members - It never happened though. With the way staff is now, I doubt it ever will.

Banned has higher contrast than the rest, and I got rid of that ridiculous blur around the letters in Tech. That's probably why.
