NO,NO,NO! he does not just mean the random 3-9 strik move!!! GOD! it make me sick to hear people talk like that! Lionheart is a well toned 15 attack combation.

Rinoa's Invincible Moon or Shooting Star are extremely powerful.
Irvine's AP Ammo always does 9999 damage at high levels.
Squall's Lionheart does around 70,000 in total.
Zell's Duel starts off really good but gets weaker towards the end.
Quistis' limit breaks have their uses, but are generally poor.
Seifer can use No Mercy at 86% and does 9999 to all monsters at high levels.
Edea's [forgets name] is the worst limit in the game.
Laguna's Desperado is similar to Seifer's in damage.
Kiros' Blood Pain (IIR the name) gets powerful at high levels.
Ward's Massive Anchor is almost as bad as Edea's.
SELPHIE has the best limit - THE END. Using THE END will kill any creature instantly. Including Ultimecia. It's rare, but incredibly powerful.

personally there all pretty good it just depends on the situation and who/what yur battling.

i think sqaulls is the best limit break in the game no contest and i have never heard of the end limit for selphie and i kept shuffling for a few hours in one battle to see all of hers and never saw it

The end does exist! It is even rarer than rapture. You can only use it at high levels (I think).

The end is most easily obtainable (spelling) when you are near the 90-100 levels and only have about 0ne hundreth of your total hp.

I'm new to this website but I've beaten FF8 at least 5 times and Selphie does have a limit break called the end but I don't know if it can be used against bosses

just to prove to those who dont believe in The End, heres a video of someone using it against Omega Weapon.
(The maker of this video used a gameshark cheat, so he's got The End and Apocalypse in the magic inventory! its also messed up the music. this is just to show you The End exists)
