In case you don't know what that is well here is an example.


"All your base are belong to us" is another example of this poorly translated English. Have any of you seen other things like this?

A term used to describe poorly translated English. Comes from the fact that many asians pronounce "L" as "R", hence Engrish.


www.engrish.com is full of examples, mostly Chinese/Japanese products/signs with poor English translations.

Engrish is just a name used to describe well everything you just read on that sign. When languages like Japanese are badly translated to English, you get Engrish

Engrish is very noticeable here at every corner of ads and signs, especially by Chinese dudes here. Some of them are damn funny I tell ya.
