Can't stand people who thing they're above everyone else, whether they actually are in terms of job position or not. Just because your a manager, at McDonald's least of all, doesn't mean you're "tough sh**". Annoying as hell.

Why don't you apply at a store? It's not much better, but it is a better health choice.
That way you won't have to eat McDonald's garbage.

Well that was an interesting day. I got wind that one of my managers at work was feeling bad and going through a lot of stuff at home. I went ahead and took over her shift so she could go home and have some time to herself. Managed to get in almost 5 hours of work.

Because a lot retail stores don't have a high turn-over of staff. McDs has a stupidly hih turn-over of staff, which means there's almost always at least one position available.

Yeah. Mickey D's has to hire, in my town, fifty employees... only really -need- twenty-ish. Probably a bit more.
Local grocery store has... ten regular employees, five managers. Maybe a bit more regular employees. But not much.

Yeah. There's one main manager who owns the actual building.
Two shift managers, who make shifts and do... whatever.
Two... whatevertheyrecalled managers who just kinda overlook individual parts of the store.

My day was uneventful, mostly because it's Sunday.
Tomorrow will be better though, i'll get up and find something to do,
hopefully even go outside seeing as how the weather here has decided
to stop PMS'ing and return to normal.
