No, you should only have to do them once, have you definately done all of the vigilante, firefighter, paramedic, taxi and pimping missions?

Yes I have done courier in all citys.i have done firefighter,pimpin,taxi,vigilante in Los Santos.And paramedic in the badlands.I have also done freight train, ammunation,tags, snapshots, horeshoes, races, oysters,valet, and trucking. Anything else??

you also have to learn all the moves on the three gyms. the challenges (BMX, lowrider etc.) all the races. the challenges at ammunation. and the stadium events.

unless you got a gameshark which I have. I only use it for cars not health or all that other crap.

The only two ways to get the hotknife is to get all golds or go out and buy either a gameshark or AR. There is no other cheats in the game to get the hotknife.

theres not a cheat to get it. The way i got it was to do vigilante missions and hopefully the criminal will be driving one. i was in san fierro and used the police bike
