I think it is very possible to do. I use cheats on all my games lol but yes it's possible to beat the game without using cheats.

You press start go to stats then to misc. and it should be at the top of the list

I beat the game without using any cheats (Story wise) but I have not cmopleted it a 100% though..

I completed the game with no cheats, I was tempted, but I wanted 100%, then I used every cheat under the sun ...

i can't resist using cheats mainly because i have every single cheat for the game, but i have completed the story line without using cheats.

i've beat it 100% with out any cheats being used you get the jumpjet and tank in grove st and if i rember right 2 body gards
